It should be possible. And if you can post a reproduction that uses
Subclipse or TortoiseSVN, that's also useful. (If it's a bug in our
libraries, we still want to know about it even if the cmdline client
can't exercise it.)

Then, once we know what the problem is, we can start thinking about a fix :)
(I'm not a wc expert, but I don't think the fix necessarily should be in
the 'cleanup' code.)
