Matt,
I might be able to save you some trouble:

http://www.collab.net/downloads/community/

This is the OSX binary I maintain and it's a 4-way universal binary
working with OSX 10.4.x+. It includes all language bindings, all
repository back ends, all repository access layers, Apache modules and
it is packaged into a simple Apple Installer. If this package isn't
ideal for you, please feel free to look at my build resources located
here:

http://svnbinaries.open.collab.net/servlets/ProjectProcess?pageID=3720&subpageID=3714

This includes a few scripts that can be ran at once to to build a
fully-universal binary. Within that you can also see what "magic" I
have to do just to accomplish such a feat. I hope this helps.

Take care,

Jeremy
