Re: pvcs to svn

There is no PVCS to SVN tool on the Subversion site. However, Polarion
makes several freely available conversion tools on their website:
<http://www.polarion.com/products/svn/svn_importer.php>.

I can't say how good these tools are.

Another possibility is to convert PVCS to CVS and use the Subversion
cvs2svn tool to convert from that to Subversion:
