svn: Cannot connecto to host

Hi,

        I am using svnwebclient 1.0. I have deployed in Tomcat 5.5 and
configured in web.xml file as per documented. But still I am getting
such error. Plz give me suggestion to overcome such error.

ERROR:-
org.polarion.svnwebclient.web.InitListener.contextInitialized(InitListen
er.java:50) - org.polarion.svnwebclient.data.DataProviderException:
org.polarion.svnwebclient.data.javasvn.cache.CommentsCacheException:
org.tmatesoft.svn.core.SVNException: svn: Cannot connecto to host
'10.16.20.208'
