Feel free to contribute to it.

BTW, I wrote svn_load_dirs.pl way back in 2002 when there was nothing else
available to import vendor drops into svn. Feel free to criticize it, I won't
take it personally, it did a great job when it was first written way back in svn
1.0 times :)
