RE: svn v1.5.1 via apache 2.0.63 on solaris "Final line in revision file longer than 64 characters"

I would avoid using Apache 2.2 with Subversion at this time. I have had
major problems with it leaking memory and crashing when under heavy use,
and I don't seem to be alone in this. See for example
http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=3084

(I used to use a special build of 1.4.3 against Apache 2.2.4)

There is a build of 1.5.0 that works with Apached 2.0.63 available
on the Tigris site, if you need to go to 1.5. You might have luck
with that.

regards,

                Steve,
AFAIK you need Apache 2.2 to run with SVN 1.5. I have tried to find the page on the Subversion site where it states that but I couldn’t. I’m pretty sure that’s the case though as one of the main reason I’m delaying deploying 1.5 in my company is that I can’t seem to be able to build Apache 2.2 on my server.
