Maximum number of concurrent users - SVN

Hi

We are having Subversion(SVN) repository running under Windows OS. We
are accessing it using Apache Server.
I want to know about Maximum number of concurrent users that SVN can
permit under these environment.
Is there any limit?
Also this maximum user limit is restricted by SVN or Apache?
Is there any thumb rule to calculate the memory requirement(RAM) for
each connected user in the SVN Server?
Kindly provide us the above information or any reference which will be
very helpful to us.
