That didn't work for me. I built the source and I am still unable to
commit. I continue to get the error:
loon:C5S4Fig-OrbitalConstants-1 gray$ svn commit -m "Changed a fig in
5.4 to reflect the new notation."
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Cannot negotiate authentication mechanism
Does anyone know how to fix this?
