Hi Mikel,

Thanks for taking the time to write. I haven't actually got any dump
files at all, and have definitely learned that lesson the hard way!

I've got a few files lying around but haven't got the whole lot. I can
recreate large parts of the head revision from some old computers
but I was rather hoping that someone with good knowledge of BDB
could possibly help a bit further. Sadly I think it's fsck'd and so have
been recreating the repository from the assorted legacy file-trees.
