Need help for Subversion server setup and configuration

Hi,

 

Need your help for configuration.

Having read through the SVN book, can the below configuration be set up
successfully.

 

Operating system: Windows XP;

SVN Server type: SVN vanilla server

Server authentication type: Subversion users

SVN Client: TortoiseSVN
