With ViewVC, I ran standalone.py.
When I try to access an svn repository, I get the Windows exception:
python.exe - Ordinal Not Found
The ordinal 284 coul not be located in the dynamic link library
SSLEAY32.dll
Thank you for your help.
Yann

Did you ever reboot? Sometimes needed to get a PATH change into effect.
The way I found the problem was to run the ViewVC standalone.py
script. This runs ViewVC on a custom port. When you access it via
Web browser you get same error but since the process is running in the
foreground you could get more of a clue to the error. In my case it
complained about libeay32.dll and I knew that was the problem.
