svnadmin translation suggestion

I would like to suggest the following update against
trunk/subversion/po/de.po in r32260:

IMHO the past tense should be used, as the message is presented _after_
the comit by svnadmin. (c.f. "committed" in the en-original).

In case you agree with my suggestion, I would appreciate if someone
familiar with bug-reporting or patchin the sources could take care of this.
