Thanks for reporting this. We have updated the information on our update
server to match the internal version number as shown in the dialog.
Our buildserver only issues new numbers to assemblies if one of the
sourcefiles or dependencies changed; but we didn't catch this difference
until now.

The install worked correctly. It looks like we were comparing the wrong
version number. For now users will get an announcement for a slightly older
version than the one they will be downloading.

We reported this issue to CollabNet, but the system currently seems to have
the limitation that we can't authorize users automatically.
(When experimenting we got a few of 100% anonymous issues in the system.
Normally we authorize everone who asks within a few hours (or minutes))
