Problems with committing files to repository

From: <Christian.Renz_at_etas.com>

Hi all,

I'm seeing some strange error messages when committing files to the
repository:

ERROR: svn: Commit failed (details follow):
        svn: PUT of
'/Our.Repository/!svn/wrk/e6b69676-2350-8346-ba2c-1cdb124e0b7c/project/trunk/Modules/component.zip':
423 Locked (http://svn)

The zip file has the 'needs-lock' property set, and I have acquired a lock
for this file. Can somebody shed some light on what is the problem here?
Also, what does the !svn/wrk/... part in the URL refer to?

For your reference, I'm using Subversion 1.4.4 against a 1.4.6 server
running under Apache 2.

Kind regards,
    Christian Renz
