Yes, that's what I do. However, if the list-id field is added, filtering
becomes simpler - a user just clicks on the link in the 'show details'
display.

I was primarily curious _why_ the other list-* fields are there, but list-id
is not.

I've attached PNG example from the Mercurial list. Notice the nice link
'Filter messages from this mailing list'?
