Server Performance Assistance (Beanstalk)

We run a really successful hosted Subversion service, called Beanstalk. At
the moment, we manage tens of thousands of repositories, which is becoming
way too much for Apache to handle. So far, we have managed to improve
performance and stability, but we are looking for some solid architecture
recommendations as we continue to grow.

Does anyone have server architecture experience that would fit our needs? We
would like to find a consultant who can help us redefine and maintain our
Subversion server setup.
