loading another archive into svn via a script

Hi I have an archive in TFS and I want to load it into svn. I have a
script which can take daily snapshots of my current archive, but I
cant find an easy way to load each days changes into svn, as each time
I checkout from TFS a snapshot it confuses svn. Is there a svn
reconcile script that will look at a file structure and determine the
delta from the repository and produce a list of adds/moves/removes/
commits etc?

thanks
Joel
