ANN: SCPlugin 0.7.2 is now released!

I'm happy to announce the release of SCPlugin version 0.7.2. In
addition to a number of improvements in SCPlugin itself, this version
comes with your choice of Subversion 1.4.6 or Subversion 1.5.0.
