ldap related error

Dear all,

I want to load ldap module and I am getting the following error in
apache log while starting the apache.

[error] Module mod_ldap missing. Mod_ldap (aka. util_ldap) must be
loaded in order for mod_auth_ldap to function properly

I have successfully compiled and installed this module using the
following command and it places the .so file in modules dierectory :

$ apxs -c mod_authnz_ldap.c
$ apxs -i foo mod_foo.la
