tigris.org win32 binaries and svnmucc

Hi,

thank you for providing the subversion 1.5.0 win32 binaries ...

... finally 8-)

don't get me wrong here, I'm _not_ complaining about _the_ delay -
hey, it's only been two weeks.

The actual reason for this post is a question about (svn)mucc.

As a mucc binary was provided for 1.4.6 I'd hoped svnmucc would be
part of the following releases too.

Any reason why it's not included or provided separately?
