Synchronization between cvs and svn

Hi

I am working in a research project, whose target is to collect data and
study the evolution of open-source software. One way to do this is through
the observation of SVN repositories. Unfortunately, many big and well-known
projects still use CVS instead of SVN. The cvs2svn tool does not work in our
case, because we want to get every new commit and we do not want to revert
the cvs repository to svn only once. I have searched a lot in the Internet
and I did not find a good tool for sync from cvs to svn repositories.

Do you have anything to suggest to me?

Thank you for your time!

Best regards, Charis!
