I really do not know how to download the module mod_authnz_ldap.
Can you give me some hints ?

Why would you ? YaST downloads it for you ! And I really, really suggest you
use YaST to install it (hint: it's in package "apache2") because it saves you
a ton of work and a ton of hassle.
