Subversion 1.5 not (yet) localized?

Hi,

I've just successfully compiled Subversion 1.5 on a Debian Linux.
However, all messages are in English, although I set LC_ALL to de_DE.
The locale is installed, of course.

Am I doing something wrong or is the new version not yet localized?
