That I did:

/var/svn/repo/hooks# ls -l | grep pre-revprop
-rwxr-xr-x 1 www-data www-data 2764 Apr 9 13:49 pre-revprop-change
-rw-r----- 1 www-data www-data 2764 Mar 19 09:06 pre-revprop-change.tmpl
