Re: VSSMigrate over the top of existing files

Chalk one up for web misinformation there, I know I read somewhere
that SVN wouldn't support that behavior. Turns out you're correct and
we were able to do just that - delete the existing and run VSSMigrate
over the top of the deleted files just fine.
