Making SVN work under SELinux

Hi ppl,

I'm having a blast trying to get SVN running under SELinux :) Anyhoo,
since I'm not exactly familiar with it, I use the Internet a lot.

I'm getting the following error:

# svn --version
svn: error while loading shared libraries:
/usr/local/lib/libsvn_ra_neon-1.so.0: cannot restore segment prot after
reloc: Permission denied

and one of the pages suggests, that the solution to turn off the reloc
checking should only be temporary, and that the real fix needs to be in
the source code. So I'm reporting it here for the developers to
know/notice.

Br,
