deny access via svnserve and authz

Dear Experts,

Is there a way to deny access using svnserve and authz?

Specifically, imagine that /foo has lots of subdirectories and I want
to say that user X only has access to /foo/bar but not to any other
subdirectory of /foo. Is there a way to grant access to /foo/bar but
deny access to everything else in foo?

Thanks,
-Emin
