*Sigh* Running on Windows Server 2003. Geez, you’d think I’ve done this
before.

Forgot to mention:
Subversion is version 1.4.6.

Subject: URL doesn't exist, but only sometimes

Hello.

I’m having trouble getting my repository up again. I’ve looked up the SVN
book and did a brief search online and in the archives, but didn’t find
anything. I’d appreciate any advice people might have.

I’ve got a repository setup on my server. As of a few days ago, we can no
longer access it from the network - I started working on getting svnserve
running for VPN access; now, I just want to get back to where I was
beforehand.

I can check out from the repository using a
“file://C:/svn/TerraCog/specSSMS” URL, but as soon as I use a “svn://” URL,
I get:

Error: URL 'svn://TERRADOMUS/specSSMS' doesn't exist

Odd thing is, we can see the repository from Tortoise’s Repository Viewer,
and that is the correct URL as far as its’ concerned. When another
programmer tries to check in some of his most recent changes, he gets:

Error: File not found: transaction '5-1', path
'/specSSMS/trunk/palm/PalmSSMS.mcp'

Again, it’s an odd error message: the file exists in his working directory,
and it also exists in the repository, as far as Tortoise’s Repository Viewer
is concerned.

Can anyone help shed some light on this?

Remi.
