Can't get exclusive lock on a *missing file*

Hi all,

While trying yo submit some work with svn (via tortoisesvn on xp), I have the following error message:

Error: Commit failed (details follow): 
Error: Can't get exclusive lock on file '/svn/franksdk/db/transactions/314-1.txn/rev-lock': No locks available 

Please not that the mentioned file does not exist.

The repository is on the nfs drive accessed via a linux box using svnserve.

Any idea??
