Ok I removed the uncommited transaction (svnadmin rmtnxs ...) but that doesn't change anything.

I ran into a similar post but unfortunately there's no answers:

So if somebody has an explanation for that:

Error: Commit failed (details follow): 
Error: Can't get exclusive lock on file '/svn/franksdk/db/transactions/314-1.txn/rev-lock': No locks available
