How did you install Subversion 1.5?
It's not in the Ubuntu repositories, is it?
I guess you installed mod_dav_svn from the Ubuntu repositories (which
are at 1.4.x afaik) and created your repositories in Subversion 1.5?

So you'd need to update your mod_dav_svn from your subversion
directory... (don't know where to find it, sorry)
