Can't set Access Time "path / file name

Hello All,
  We are using Enterprise Architect and with SVN and a database. So we have
a database on one server, SVN on another server and EA pointing to both both
of them. However, when I try to add to initial files to SVN I get an error:

SVN: Can't set Access time of
"xxx\.svn\tmp\text-base\9973BC297116.xml.svn-base: Access Denied

Any thought will be great
