Adding svn:mergeinfo to existing changesets

Prior to Subversion 1.5, I "tagged" my merge changesets like this
$ svn ci -m"- Merge [N]."
where N was the number of the changeset that has been merged.
Is it possible, for instance utilizing a script, to set svn:mergeinfo
