How to creating user defined keywords and use them in documents

Hi all, I would like to add subversion information into my documents (.doc, .xls, .ppt) by the use of keywords, but not in the standard style. I would like to have e.g. the following information in my documents: Revision, Date, Author (<keyword>: revision_date_author) As I know I cannot combine the keywords Date, Author or Revision to such a String only with $ characters between the words.(Like $Revision:: $ $Date:: $..) My question therefore is: Does subversion support the customization of keywords? How can I create a user defined keyword with such content? Which possibilities do I have? (changes in configuration file, changes in source code, where and how?). Has anyone already done a keywords customization? Thanks for your help in advance regards Monika Vetterling
