Can you show us what you mean? What commands do you issue, and what
happens as a result? What version of Subversion are you running, and
on what OS? Via what protocol is the repository being served? What is
the repository backend (FSFS or BDB)?

Subversion should be able to store any UTF-8 filenames in the
repository, provided you set your client's LANG environment variable
to a value that makes sense for your system.
