SVN LDAP authentication with SASL

I've add this and "auto_transition: yes" to the svn.conf file.

Mark, Thanks for the response.
One of our problems was the the svnserve daemon was not reading in the svn.conf file. We added this to command line to fix this problem. What's now interesting, is that the daemon now allow full read access to all users, but no write access. Strange.
