This mailing list is useful for getting answers to very specific
technical questions, but it's not so good for questions like "Please
help walk me through the proper steps to do ABC..." For that, you
probably need a consultant who will take the time to understand your
situation in depth (or you need someone in your organization to read the
Subversion documentation and experiment until they come up with a
configuration that fits).
