SVN client crashes during checkout on XP SP3 system

Hi all,

SVN client keps crashing when trying to perform checkout after XP SP3
was installed.

Tried several clients and 2 different versions of SVN client itself
(Also tried several versions of TortoiseSVN and RapidSVN).
The crash is reported in libapr.dll
No crash occurs if performing checkout on the same repository from
pre-SP3 windows machine.
Server side is running SVN 1.3.2 (auth using apache 2.0).
