what to do with the working copy after the URL of the repository has changed

Hi,

the URL of my repository has changed, but I want to continue using the
same local copy. If I now update or commit it logically doesn't find the
repository.

Where can I redefine the URL of the repository for updating / committing
from the same local copy?

Previously:
$ cd workingcopy
$ svn update

I tried, but it is not working
$ svn update svn+ssh://remote-user@IP-NEW/home/svn/repoc
/home/localuser/workingcopy ??

Thx,
Ben
