Commit failed, file not found

I'm getting this error:

svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: File not found: revision 902, path '/path/to/SomeFile.java'

I've got two projects in Eclipse, a main project, and a project for
scratch code. I moved a lot of code from main into scratch by dragging
some packages. I committed the main project (after an update), and then
attempted to commit the scratch project. That's what generated the
error. How do I fix?
