There are some server-side scripts in the /contrib directory of Trac.
Nevertheless, hook scripts actually depend on how you use Trac and SVN
for your projects, so I don't think there is a universal script that
fits all the needs. (this is why the script is stored in /contrib as
an example and not as part of Trac itself). Anyway I believe this is a
Trac discussion, not a SVN one.
