websvn 2.0 displays empty repositories

I know that there is a websvn dev mail list, but there has been as many
spam messages as posts on there since I joined last week. Maybe
somebody on this list can help me out.

I'm trying to setup websvn 2.0 but I've run into a problem where it can
see all of my svn repositories, but when I try to open one of them, I
just get nothingness. I can browse to the repository directly (i.e.
https://the_site/svn/tv-www) and using viewvc (i.e.
https://the_site/cgi-bin/svn/viewcvs.cgi/?root=tv-www). I'm running on
Apache 2.0 with php 5.0.
I just changed back to the calm template view and clicked on the "Show
changed files" button and it brought up the config.php file that I've
been changing. I can bring up that file and look at the log, but if I
click on the include directory, I don't see any files.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks
Richard
