Hi Daniel,

You can get Subversion 1.5.0-rc4 compiled binaries in VisualSVN Server 1.5 beta
http://www.visualsvn.com/beta/

It is not a .zip, but .msi installation that has latest Subversion RC
bundled with correctly configured Apache 2.2 and a management console.
As a bonus - there is true Windows authorization with groups support
