Just to be clear, cvs2svn set it because *I* had put it in the
auto-props file (using the line below.) I didn't intend to imply that
cvs2svn did something I didn't expect or ask for.

*.C = svn:eol-style=native;svn:keywords=Id;svn:mime-type=text/x-c++
