Well, the contents of the changes notes are meant to be ticket
numbers. So for example Bug1234. The significant part of the text in
the Bug#, so for example:

/mydir/myfile.txt
   Bug1234
   Bug5678
/mydir/myfile2.txt
   Bug1234
   Bug12AE
/mydir/myfile2.txt
   A change with not bug number \n blah blah

If there is more text theOnce the data is compiled to a file then I
can parse it as necessary.
