SVN-Notify, et al.

Hi all. I have a Perl-related Subversion question. I hope no one minds me asking here, or can suggest a list where the question may be better suited.

Based on (great!) information I received in response to a previous post, I would like to get SVN-Notify 2.71, and the latest SVN-Notify-Config (.911) and SVN-Notify-Mirror (.037) installed on a Windows 2003 Server running ActiveState Perl 5.8.8 b822. Through "ppm", I can only locate Notify release 2.67, -Config .907, and -Mirror not at all. I tried compiling the current releases from source to no avail. And CPAN's compiler statistics do not show any successful compilations on this platform. Has anyone made the necessary corrections so it will compile successfully and are willing to share? Or, is there a CPAN repository mirror somewhere that these versions are available as packages? (In addition to ActiveState's repository, I also have the Winnipeg and Rochelle repositories loaded in ppm, but didn't find the most recent releases).
