websvn on FreeBSD - Any how to documents?

Hi,

I just installed websvn 2.0 on FreeBSD 7.0 using
/usr/ports/devel/websvn. After the install it gave me following info on
the screen. I can't seem to find any documentation that tells me what to
put in the configuration file. The file placed by install is empty.

----------------------------------------------------
To setup websvn, please edit the configuration file:
/usr/local/www/data/websvn/include/config.php
----------------------------------------------------
===> Registering installation for websvn-2.0
===> Cleaning for websvn-2.0

Any help/pointers?
