I would agree with this.

Having the desc for hotcopy be:
svnadmin hotcopy REPO_PATH NEW_REPO_PATH
or
svnadmin hotcopy path\to\repo path\to\newrepo
would have been much less confusing.

I almost wrote a very similar post - it's easy to get confused.

My personal preference is to use "repo" to refer to a single
repository, and "repos" to refer to repositorIES (plural).

I use this convention in conversation and written communication around
the office, and it seems to have taken hold.
