TEKsystems has partnered with a local client located in Research
Triangle Park, NC to find a qualified individual for an immediate need
for a Configuration Manager/Release Manager position. They are looking
for someone specifically with Subversion experience and knowledge. The
client is looking to perform a migration from Starteam to Subversion.
It is not necessary that this candidate has a large amount of (or any)
experience with Starteam, however, experience with Subversion is a must.
They are looking for a "hands on" configuration manager. The process
has already been set in place, and they are looking for someone to come
in and be part of the migration. The successful candidate will have
experience with Unix Ant Scripts and Build Server. They are looking for
an individual who has experience with continuous integration (continuous
integration methodology a.k.a. CIM). This knowledge is also a must for
the position. This is a contract opportunity that will be for six
months initially with probable extension up to 18 months.
