svn hangs when checkout or update

Hello,

I am running svnserve on my local PC which has a Windows XP on it. I created a repository at d:\svn\repos. When I checkout or update at my local PC, everything looks fine. But when I checkout or update from a remote PC using svn://myIP, svn will check out a few files and hangs after checking out a PDF file. I have tried a few times on different remote PCs. It always hangs there.

I have tried svnadmin recover 'myRepos'. It does not solve my problem.

Could anyone figure out the problem?
